The Feedback process is essential for the quality of Apple software, and therefore Users and Developers experience.

The purpose of this survey is to collect the sentiment in the Developer community which, ahem, I will use to file a Feedback to Apple about the Feedback system itself.

All parties involved in the process – Apple, Users, Developers – have the same purpose, but it's not uncommon to hear from Developers that filling Feedbacks feels like it doesn't really make a difference.

Thinking specifically to the Feedbacks you have filed to Apple this Summer, since June 10 when WWDC kicked off, both as a Developer and a Users testing the new betas, please answer the following 5 questions; it should take very little time, but please check the numbers of Feedbacks filed in Feedback Assistant if needed.

The meta Feedback I'll file after collecting your answers will include the detailed results of this survey, as well as suggestions; it will be publicly shared (I'll reply to the Mastodon post where you probably saw this), so you'll be able to dupe it, if you want.

Question Title

* 1. Since WWDC began on June 10, how many Feedbacks have you filed to Apple?

Question Title

* 2. What percentage of the Feedbacks you have filed has received some form of acknowledgment* from Apple?

(*acknowledgment: follow up questions, requests for sysdumps, being closed, marked as duplicate, etc; anything besides leaving the Feedback open without any reaction)

Question Title

* 5. Which of the following things could improve your experience with the Feedback process, based on your experience this summer?

Select all that apply, or none if you're satisfied with the process. You can also provide additional suggestions (please do!).
