General Instructions
We would like to know your views on your experience with Socios.com. Even if you haven't had a chance to test the platform yet, we are still interested in your perception of the opportunities it can offer you and other fans.
This study is conducted by a team of researchers from the University of Salerno (Italy), the University of Macerata (Italy), Mercatorum University (Italy), and Loughborough University (UK).
You will be asked to answer some questions about your experience with Socios.com and your favourite football team. Keep in mind that there is no right or wrong answer. Take your time and respond at your own pace. The survey is expected to take approximately 10 minutes.
Privacy and confidentiality
This survey is anonymous. We will ask some simple demographic questions at the conclusion of the study, but we will not ask for your name, nor will we have access to any personal data or identifiers.
