People with Epilepsy

We ask you - as a person with Epilepsy - to answer this survey about the employment opportunities and experiences for People with Epilepsy in Europe. Some questions focus on your individual characteristics and clinical features, whilst some other questions deal with employment issues. 
Your answers will be used anonymously to help develop a training programme for employers as part of the Epilepsy Power project.
