Join us for the final conference of the PROMISE project, Negotiating the Future of an Ageing Workforce. Social Dialogue and Age Management in Manufacturing.

The conference will present the project’s findings and bring together trade unions, researchers and stakeholders to discuss how social dialogue and collective bargaining can support active ageing and sustainable working lives in manufacturing. Discussions will explore age management practices, lifelong learning, working conditions and cooperation across generations.
