Alongside the workshops and B2B meetings attended in person, we have therefore developed an extensive programme of experiential activities and a calendar of one-off events to be held over the year that will enable you to discover and live first hand what the attendees at your corporate events will have.

All this has been made possible thanks to an exceptional innovative tool: Inspiration, the 3D digital platform dedicated to high-end MICE markets, which, structured by sector and experiential area, will enable you to find new ideas, identify solutions of interest and take part in the many journeys of discovery planned. Proposals, presentations, videos, photos and any documentation that may be of use in creating winning ideas are always available to you.

To make your in-person B2B meetings more focused and profitable, all documentation, information and presentations will be provided beforehand on the Inspiration digital platform, which is active 24/7 and thereby gives you the maximum flexibility to conduct research and surveys and make use of contacts at the times that suit you best.

For this reason, as a condition to attending our events as a Hosted buyer, we therefore ask you to use the platform first, visiting the digital booths, interacting with the contacts, attending the presentations of interest to you in order to check your real interest beforehand.

You will be able to do this through video conference, call, chat or e-mail, but only by using the appropriate function within each booth.

This pre-interaction with Suppliers allows you to live direct wonderful experiential activities and visits during your stay in Venice.

Please bear in mind that to reconfirm your participation in-person, we ask you to engage with a minimum of 25 contacts in Inspiration ( whenever you like) and attend two presentations.
