The purpose of the questionnaire

NIdiL Cgil, the union structure of CGIL that represents and protects temporary and self-employed workers, has conducted a questionnaire on the work performance of those who work as bike couriers in food delivery. The aim of the survey is to develop a deeper understanding of the working conditions of riders who are currently classified by platforms as self-employed workers, in order to negotiate and improve their working conditions.
The questionnaire is anonymous, and the collected data will be processed in an aggregated manner in compliance with privacy laws.
