This form aims at gathering important information about the participants willing to take part in the ScoopConSS research.

The aim of conducting semi-structured interviews is to identify the main issues to consider for the design of a training programme aimed at enhancing teachers’ competences on cooperative business, cooperative and project based teaching methods, multidisciplinary and open schooling approaches (promote innovative teaching methods).

Participation in semi-structured interview is voluntary.

The information you provide may be used and/or disclosed for policy analysis, research and/or evaluation purposes.
