1. Introduction to the Survey

You are invited to participate to our survey on Digital Servitization. The survey, promoted by the researchers involved in the IFIP WG5.7 Special Interest group on Service Systems Design, Engineering and Management (https://www.ifipwg57.org/), would like to understand how companies are deploying digital technologies to support the transformation from a product-centric to a service-centric business model.  The main objective is to identify what are the critical issues hindering the transformation of companies but above all to identify the best practices that can be used to drive servitization.

The survey is targeted at managers and will be disseminated globally. All respondents will be invited to a reserved presentation event involving the world's leading experts on Digital Servitization.

It will take approximately 20 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

The research has no commercial or for-profit purpose but is only aimed at creating knowledge on the topic of digital servitization.

Our survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. If you have questions at any time about the survey content, procedure or results, you may contact Prof. Giuditta Pezzotta from the University of Bergamo (Italy) by email: giuditta.pezzotta@unibg.it

Thank you very much for you time and support
