This second part covers one competences area which is:
Area C - Competencies in human capital development. Companies should invest in the development of their employees, motivate them to work in the global market, and learn languages and other skills needed for internationalisation.
 
Each area deals with specific questions which are answered on a five-point scale and consist of a statement with which the respondent can agree or disagree (European Commission, 2020a):
