Laboratory Management Training: A Global Perspective - Understanding Current Practices and Future Needs

We invite laboratory professionals, clinical biochemists, and residents in laboratory medicine to participate in this international survey. The goal of this survey is to assess the present status of laboratory management training in the training curriculum of residents and continuous professional development (CPD) of working professionals to identify the needs of such training in improving the practice of laboratory professionals.

Your input will help us better understand the current landscape of laboratory management training, identify gaps and challenges, and inform the development of effective training programs that meet the needs of laboratory professionals worldwide.

The survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete and consists of multiple-choice questions and open-ended questions. All responses will be kept confidential and anonymous.
