* 1. PRIVACY POLICY pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 Regulations (EU) No 679/2016. Personal data, including specific data referred to Article 9, processed by Agenzia di Tutela della Salute di Brescia (Local Health Authority) are collected for the purposes concerning the compulsory communication of your entry into Italy to the Dipartimento di prevenzione (Health Prevention Department). Personal data are provided by the data subject and their processing is performed both in paper format and through web and IT tools.
The data provided by the data subject may be transmitted for the purposes provided by Law No. 27 of 24 April 2020 (Article 17 bis) to other competent authorities in charge of the health emergency (e.g. Mayors).
The data controller is the ATS of Brescia represented by the Chief Executive Officer – Legal representative pro tempore.
The data processors are the Heads of the Services/Operative Units involved in the procedure activated for the above-mentioned purposes.
