1.On Sunday at 11:30 we will have a fun workshop in which we will explore some Asana you are curious about in detail. Open level, fun and interactive workshop!
Please, fill this form before friday h18 so that I ll be able to prepare the class according to your wishes! Workshop will be aimed at showing some of the proposed asanas, focusing mainly on a strong preparation, and on how to use props and which drills to pay attention to in order to to enter them safely.
I'm not including a list but you can browse this chart (under "ASANAS") to get inspired.
